Lying Scissor Crunch

The Lying Scissor Crunch is an effective core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles while also engaging the legs. It enhances core strength and stability and can help with improving overall balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head and legs extended.
  2. Lift your legs off the ground slightly and keep them straight.
  3. Perform a crunch by lifting your shoulders off the ground and simultaneously move your legs in a scissor motion.
  4. Continue alternating the scissor motion with your legs while keeping the core engaged.
  5. Lower your shoulders and legs back to the starting position to complete one repetition.
