How to do it

  1. Lie face down on a mat with arms folded in front and forehead resting on arms.
  2. Bend knees and bring feet together, forming a frog-like position.
  3. Engage core and lift feet toward the ceiling, squeezing glutes.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then lower feet slowly to start.
