How to do it
- Stand with one foot on the vibration plate and the other behind in a split stance.
- Hold onto the handles for support and balance.
- Lower your back knee toward the ground into a lunge position.
- Push through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
