The Vibrating Plate Lunge is a lunge exercise performed while standing on a vibration plate. This exercise targets lower body strength and stability, utilizing the vibration for enhanced muscle activation and balance challenges.

How to do it

  1. Stand with one foot on the vibration plate and the other behind in a split stance.
  2. Hold onto the handles for support and balance.
  3. Lower your back knee toward the ground into a lunge position.
  4. Push through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
