This exercise focuses on stretching the lower back while lying on the floor with bent knees. It helps alleviate tension in the lower back muscles and can improve overall flexibility and reduce discomfort.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder level for support.
  3. Gently relax your lower back into the floor and hold the stretch.
