How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs crossed, placing each foot on the opposite thigh.
- Keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
- Place hands on knees with palms facing upwards.
- Close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly.
- Maintain the pose, focusing on your breath for several minutes.
