How to do it
- Start in a kneeling position with one knee on the ground and the other foot forward.
- Cross the forward leg over the opposite knee and maintain balance.
- Gently shift your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the hip flexor.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.
- Ensure your back is straight and your core is engaged throughout the movement.
