The lever triceps extension is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps brachii, performed using a leverage machine. This exercise helps increase triceps strength and size, promoting better arm definition and overall upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat height so your upper arms are comfortably positioned on the pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping elbows close to the body.
  3. Push the handles forward by extending your elbows until your arms are straight.
  4. Slowly bend your elbows, returning to the starting position while controlling the weight.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
