The lever triceps extension is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps brachii, performed using a leverage machine. This exercise helps increase triceps strength and size, promoting better arm definition and overall upper body strength.
How to do it
- Adjust the seat height so your upper arms are comfortably positioned on the pad.
- Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping elbows close to the body.
- Push the handles forward by extending your elbows until your arms are straight.
- Slowly bend your elbows, returning to the starting position while controlling the weight.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
