This exercise is a push-up variation, strengthening the chest and shoulders while engaging the core. It promotes upper body strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  3. Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
