This exercise is a push-up variation, strengthening the chest and shoulders while engaging the core. It promotes upper body strength and stability.
How to do it
- Start in a plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
