The Lever Seated Fly is an isolation exercise focused on targeting the chest muscles. It is performed using a leverage machine that enables a seated position, providing support for the back. This exercise enhances chest muscularity and helps in improving shoulder stability.
How to do it
- Sit on the Lever Seated Fly machine with your back firmly against the pad.
- Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest level.
- Grip the handles with palms facing forward and elbows slightly bent.
- Push the handles together in front of your chest, keeping elbows in a fixed position.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
