The Lever Seated Fly is an isolation exercise focused on targeting the chest muscles. It is performed using a leverage machine that enables a seated position, providing support for the back. This exercise enhances chest muscularity and helps in improving shoulder stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the Lever Seated Fly machine with your back firmly against the pad.
  2. Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest level.
  3. Grip the handles with palms facing forward and elbows slightly bent.
  4. Push the handles together in front of your chest, keeping elbows in a fixed position.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
