How to do it

  1. Stand near a wall and place one arm at shoulder height against it.
  2. Turn your body slightly away from the wall to feel a stretch in the chest.
  3. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
  4. Release and repeat on the other side.
