How to do it
- Sit on the machine with your back against the pad.
- Grasp the handles firmly, ensuring elbows are bent and close to your body.
- Press down by extending your elbows until your arms are almost straight.
- Pause briefly at the bottom position.
- Slowly return to the starting position by bending your elbows.
