The Cable Standing One-Arm Tricep Pushdown with an overhand grip targets the triceps brachii effectively. This exercise is excellent for isolating the triceps, allowing for concentrated development of arm strength and muscle definition.
How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine and grasp the handle with an overhand grip.
- Keep your elbow close to your side and extend your arm downwards, locking out the elbow.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control, maintaining tension in the tricep.
