The lever seated calf press targets the calf muscles by simulating a standing calf raise but performed seated on a leverage machine. It helps in developing strength and endurance in the lower leg, particularly the calf muscles.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine with your back against the pad.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform, with heels extending off.
  3. Push the platform by extending your ankles to lift the weight.
  4. Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position while controlling the resistance.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
