How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with feet placed on the footplate and legs fully extended.
  2. Align your knees with the pivot point of the machine.
  3. Grasp the handles for support.
  4. Push the footplate forward by flexing your ankles, engaging the calves.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position under control.
