How to do it
- Sit on the machine with feet placed on the footplate and legs fully extended.
- Align your knees with the pivot point of the machine.
- Grasp the handles for support.
- Push the footplate forward by flexing your ankles, engaging the calves.
- Slowly return to the starting position under control.
