The seated chest press using a lever machine is a strength training exercise that targets the chest muscles, enhancing upper body strength and muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with your back firmly against the pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with a firm grip, elbows bent at 90 degrees.
  3. Press the handles forward by extending your arms while keeping your back straight.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the weight.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
