The Lever One-Arm Lateral Wide Pulldown targets the muscles of the upper back and shoulders, improving strength and muscle development in these areas. This exercise helps in enhancing pulling strength and stability through unilateral movement.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine seat and adjust the height so the grip is above your head.
  2. Grasp the handle with one hand and keep your feet flat on the floor.
  3. Pull the handle down towards your side by engaging your back muscles.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
