How to do it
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip, palms facing in.
- Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, rotating your palms upward as you lift.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the start.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
