The Dumbbell Palm Rotational Bent-Over Row targets the back and shoulders, enhancing upper body strength and stability. The rotational aspect engages the core and provides a greater range of motion for muscle activation.

How to do it

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip, palms facing in.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, rotating your palms upward as you lift.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the start.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
