How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended forward.
  2. Engage your core to maintain a neutral spine.
  3. Retract your shoulder blades together, pulling your arms back in a rowing motion.
  4. Pause briefly, squeezing the shoulder blades.
  5. Slowly return to the start position and repeat.
