The Back Squeeze exercise targets the upper back muscles, improving posture and shoulder mobility. It involves a seated position where the arms are moved backward in a squeezing motion, engaging the muscles between the shoulder blades.
How to do it
- Sit upright on a platform with your feet flat on the ground.
- Extend your arms forward at shoulder height.
- Pull your elbows back, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly while maintaining the squeeze.
- Return your arms to the starting position.
