The Back Squeeze exercise targets the upper back muscles, improving posture and shoulder mobility. It involves a seated position where the arms are moved backward in a squeezing motion, engaging the muscles between the shoulder blades.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright on a platform with your feet flat on the ground.
  2. Extend your arms forward at shoulder height.
  3. Pull your elbows back, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Pause briefly while maintaining the squeeze.
  5. Return your arms to the starting position.
