The Lever One-Arm Incline Chest Press is a strength training exercise targeting the upper chest. It uses a leverage machine to allow isolated work on one side of the body, enhancing muscular balance and strength in the pectorals.
How to do it
- Sit on the machine with your back against the pad.
- Grip the handle with one hand, keeping your elbow bent.
- Press the handle forward by extending your arm fully.
- Slowly return the handle to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
