The Lever One-Arm Incline Chest Press is a strength training exercise targeting the upper chest. It uses a leverage machine to allow isolated work on one side of the body, enhancing muscular balance and strength in the pectorals.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand, keeping your elbow bent.
  3. Press the handle forward by extending your arm fully.
  4. Slowly return the handle to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
