The lever incline fly is an isolation exercise focusing on developing the upper part of the pectoral muscles. It involves using a leverage machine to perform a fly motion, which targets the chest muscles while also engaging the shoulders and arms.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine bench and adjust the seat to the right height.
  2. Securely grip the handles with a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. Exhale and bring the handles together in a wide arc, contracting your chest.
  4. Inhale and slowly return to the starting position to feel a stretch in your chest.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
