The lever incline fly is an isolation exercise focusing on developing the upper part of the pectoral muscles. It involves using a leverage machine to perform a fly motion, which targets the chest muscles while also engaging the shoulders and arms.
How to do it
- Sit on the leverage machine bench and adjust the seat to the right height.
- Securely grip the handles with a slight bend in your elbows.
- Exhale and bring the handles together in a wide arc, contracting your chest.
- Inhale and slowly return to the starting position to feel a stretch in your chest.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
