How to do it

  1. Stand upright facing a leverage machine with your shoulders under the padded lever arms.
  2. Ensure your feet are shoulder-width apart for stability.
  3. Lift your shoulders towards your ears, maintaining a straight posture.
  4. Hold the contraction at the top momentarily.
  5. Lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
