How to do it
- Stand upright facing a leverage machine with your shoulders under the padded lever arms.
- Ensure your feet are shoulder-width apart for stability.
- Lift your shoulders towards your ears, maintaining a straight posture.
- Hold the contraction at the top momentarily.
- Lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
