How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart inside a trap bar.
- Grip the handles firmly and keep your arms fully extended.
- Elevate your shoulders upward towards your ears, keeping your arms straight.
- Hold the peak contraction briefly, then lower shoulders back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining good posture.
