How to do it
- Sit on the leverage machine with your back straight.
- Grip the handles with palms facing upwards.
- Alternately curl one handle towards your shoulder while keeping the opposite arm straight.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Repeat with the other arm, maintaining a controlled motion.
