The Lever Alternate Biceps Curl targets the biceps, emphasizing arm and grip strength. It utilizes a leverage machine, allowing isolated arm movement to efficiently work each bicep individually, leading to muscle growth and definition.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine with your back straight.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing upwards.
  3. Alternately curl one handle towards your shoulder while keeping the opposite arm straight.
  4. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat with the other arm, maintaining a controlled motion.
