How to do it

  1. Start by kneeling on the Ab Coaster machine with your forearms on the pads.
  2. Grip the handles and engage your core muscles.
  3. Lift your knees, driving them towards your chest in a controlled manner.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your abs.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
