How to do it

  1. Lie down on your back with your arms by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your legs towards your head.
  3. Reach your arms up to hold your feet, raising the hips slightly off the ground.
  4. Hold the stretch, keeping your core engaged and breathing steadily.
  5. Lower your legs back to the starting position slowly.
