This exercise involves a dynamic movement combining a leg lift with a lateral jumping jack. It primarily targets balance and coordination, while engaging multiple muscle groups to improve lower body strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet together and arms by your sides.
  2. Lift one knee up towards your chest while extending both arms out to the sides.
  3. Return to the starting position and immediately jump to perform a lateral jumping jack.
  4. Repeat the sequence by alternating the leg lift on each repetition.
