This exercise involves a dynamic movement combining a leg lift with a lateral jumping jack. It primarily targets balance and coordination, while engaging multiple muscle groups to improve lower body strength and stability.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet together and arms by your sides.
- Lift one knee up towards your chest while extending both arms out to the sides.
- Return to the starting position and immediately jump to perform a lateral jumping jack.
- Repeat the sequence by alternating the leg lift on each repetition.
