The Landmine 180 is a rotational core exercise that engages the obliques and improves stability and power through the torso. It involves swinging the end of a barbell from side to side, challenging balance, coordination, and core strength.
How to do it
- Stand facing the landmine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the barbell with both hands, arms extended, starting at one hip.
- Engage your core and rotate your torso to bring the bar across your body to the opposite hip.
- Pivot your feet and hips to aid the rotation, keeping your arms extended.
- Control the movement back to the starting position, alternating sides.
