Kneeling Thoracic Rotation is an exercise aimed at improving thoracic mobility and shoulder stability. It involves a dynamic rotation of the upper body while on all fours, enhancing flexibility and reducing stiffness in the upper back.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
  2. Place one hand behind your head or on your neck.
  3. Rotate your upper body, leading with the elbow upward.
  4. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side for balanced mobility.
