Kneeling Thoracic Rotation is an exercise aimed at improving thoracic mobility and shoulder stability. It involves a dynamic rotation of the upper body while on all fours, enhancing flexibility and reducing stiffness in the upper back.
How to do it
- Start on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
- Place one hand behind your head or on your neck.
- Rotate your upper body, leading with the elbow upward.
- Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side for balanced mobility.
