The Sitting Bent-Over Back Stretch is a flexibility exercise that targets the lower back, helping to relieve tension and improve mobility. It involves sitting on the floor and bending forward to stretch the muscles along the spine.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended straight in front of you.
  2. Keep feet flat and knees slightly bent for comfort.
  3. Inhale deeply, then exhale as you lean forward from the hips.
  4. Reach your hands toward your feet, keeping your back relaxed.
  5. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then slowly sit up.
