The 45 Degree Twisting Hyperextension is an exercise that targets the lower back and core muscles. How to do it
- Position yourself on a back extension bench with hips against the pad and feet secured.
- Cross your arms over your chest or place hands behind your head.
- Lower your upper body until fully extended, keeping legs straight.
- Activate your core and obliques as you twist your torso to one side while raising.
- Return to start and repeat, alternating sides for each rep.
