The Bottle Weighted Russian Twist is a core-strengthening exercise that targets the obliques through rotational movement. It involves sitting with a slight lean back, holding a weight while twisting the torso from side to side, enhancing core stability and rotational strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet slightly elevated.
  2. Hold a bottle close to your chest with both hands.
  3. Lean back slightly, keeping the spine straight.
  4. Twist your torso to one side, bringing the bottle with you.
  5. Return to the center and twist to the opposite side.
