How to do it
- Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet slightly elevated.
- Hold a bottle close to your chest with both hands.
- Lean back slightly, keeping the spine straight.
- Twist your torso to one side, bringing the bottle with you.
- Return to the center and twist to the opposite side.
