The Ear to Knee Side Bend is a flexibility exercise that focuses on improving lateral flexibility and mobility in the spine and torso. It primarily targets the muscles of the sides and back, helping to increase range of motion and alleviate tension.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place your hands behind your head with elbows wide.
  3. Tilt your torso laterally, bringing your ear towards your knee while keeping your hips stable.
  4. Hold the side bend briefly and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
