How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
- Bend at the waist, bringing your hands to the floor.
- Walk your hands forward until you reach a plank position.
- Hold briefly, maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
- Walk your feet towards your hands and stand up.
