The inchworm exercise is an effective full-body workout that improves flexibility and strengthens the core. It involves bending forward, walking the hands forward to a plank position, and then bringing the feet to the hands. This exercise primarily targets the core and also enhances shoulder stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend at the waist, bringing your hands to the floor.
  3. Walk your hands forward until you reach a plank position.
  4. Hold briefly, maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Walk your feet towards your hands and stand up.
