The Bodyweight Windmill is a dynamic exercise that engages the core and improves flexibility and balance. It involves bending and rotating at the waist while reaching one arm toward the floor, which helps in strengthening the core and improving coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
- Bend at the waist, rotating your torso and reaching your right hand toward your left foot.
- Keep the other arm extended upward.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions.
