The kneeling straight leg circle exercise primarily targets the gluteal muscles by engaging the core and hip stabilizers. It improves hip mobility and strengthens the lower body, enhancing overall balance and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Extend one leg straight back, parallel to the ground.
  3. Make a circle with the extended leg, keeping the movement controlled.
  4. Repeat the circle motion in the opposite direction.
  5. Switch legs and repeat the exercise.
