The kneeling leg circle is a dynamic exercise mainly targeting the gluteus maximus. It involves circling the leg in a controlled manner while maintaining a stable core. This exercise helps improve hip mobility, strength, and stability.
How to do it
- Start on all fours, ensuring your hands are directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Engage your core and lift one leg, bent at the knee, to hip height.
- Slowly circle your leg outward, maintaining control and stability through your core.
- Complete the circle and return the leg to the starting position.
- Repeat the circles for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
