The kneeling leg circle is a dynamic exercise mainly targeting the gluteus maximus. It involves circling the leg in a controlled manner while maintaining a stable core. This exercise helps improve hip mobility, strength, and stability.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, ensuring your hands are directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
  2. Engage your core and lift one leg, bent at the knee, to hip height.
  3. Slowly circle your leg outward, maintaining control and stability through your core.
  4. Complete the circle and return the leg to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the circles for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
