How to do it
- Start in a side plank position with your forearm on the ground.
- Hold a kettlebell in your upper hand, extending your arm towards the ceiling.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to feet.
- Keep your hips elevated and stable throughout the movement.
- Hold the position for the desired time, then switch sides.
