The Kettlebell Side Plank is a core strengthening exercise that enhances stability and balance. It primarily targets the lateral core muscles by combining a side plank with additional resistance from a kettlebell.

How to do it

  1. Start in a side plank position with your forearm on the ground.
  2. Hold a kettlebell in your upper hand, extending your arm towards the ceiling.
  3. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to feet.
  4. Keep your hips elevated and stable throughout the movement.
  5. Hold the position for the desired time, then switch sides.
