The kettlebell lunge pass-through is a dynamic exercise that combines a lunge with a kettlebell pass to enhance balance, coordination, and strength. It primarily targets the legs while engaging the core to stabilize the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a kettlebell in one hand.
  2. Step forward into a lunge with the opposite leg while passing the kettlebell under the forward leg to the other hand.
  3. Return to standing and repeat the movement on the other side.
