The kettlebell front raise is an exercise that targets the anterior deltoids, focusing on shoulder strength and mobility. It is an effective workout for isolating shoulder muscles and improving upper body endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding a kettlebell in each hand at thigh level.
  2. Engage core and keep arms straight as you lift kettlebells to shoulder height.
  3. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, ensuring control.
  4. Lower the kettlebells slowly back to starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
