The Kettlebell Deep Push-Up is an advanced variation of the traditional push-up. It enhances upper body strength, particularly targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The elevation allows for a deeper range of motion, increasing muscle activation and difficulty.

How to do it

  1. Place two kettlebells shoulder-width apart on the ground.
  2. Grip the kettlebells firmly and position yourself in a push-up stance with arms extended.
  3. Lower your body until your chest is in line with the kettlebells, keeping elbows close.
  4. Press back up to the starting position, maintaining a straight body line.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, ensuring controlled movement throughout.
