How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wide, holding a kettlebell close to your chest.
  2. Shift your weight onto one leg, squatting down while keeping the other leg extended.
  3. Keep the chest up and core engaged throughout the movement.
  4. Push through the heel to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side, alternating legs.
