How to do it
- Stand upright holding a kettlebell at chest level, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Position a box behind you for support and depth guidance.
- Lower yourself into a squat by bending at the hips and knees, sitting back onto the box.
- Pause briefly on the box, keeping the core engaged and chest up.
- Push through the heels to return to standing position.
