How to do it
- Stand upright with feet together.
- Lift the right leg and place the right ankle on the left thigh, keeping the knee bent outward.
- Bring both palms together in front of the chest, maintaining balance.
- Engage the core and lower into a slight squat, bending the left knee.
- Hold the position, keeping the chest lifted and back straight.
