Equipment
The Kettlebell Bent Press is a complex movement that combines a press with a side bend to enhance shoulder stability and core strength. It challenges the entire body to stabilize and control the kettlebell, promoting strength and coordination.
How to do it
- Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell at shoulder height.
- Bend slightly at the knees and shift your hips to the side while pressing the kettlebell upward.
- Lean to the side, extending your arm fully overhead as you bend your torso under the weight.
- Maintain a stable and engaged core throughout the movement.
- Return to the initial position by reversing the motion, bringing the kettlebell back to the shoulder.
