How to do it
- Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
- Hinge at the hips to lower the torso, keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Pull one kettlebell towards your torso, keeping your elbow close to your body.
- Lower the kettlebell back down and repeat with the opposite arm.
- Continue alternating arms while maintaining stability in your core.
