This exercise is a variation of the bent-over row performed with a weight plate. It targets the muscles in the back, improving strength and stability. It's effective for developing upper back muscles and enhancing core stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Hinge at the hips, keeping the back straight and chest up.
- Grip the weight plate with both hands, arms hanging down.
- Pull the weight towards your torso, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position, maintaining control.
