Bottle Weighted Bent-Over Row

This exercise is a variation of the bent-over row performed with a weight plate. It targets the muscles in the back, improving strength and stability. It's effective for developing upper back muscles and enhancing core stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Hinge at the hips, keeping the back straight and chest up.
  3. Grip the weight plate with both hands, arms hanging down.
  4. Pull the weight towards your torso, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position, maintaining control.
