How to do it
- Lie back on an incline bench with your legs straight and hands gripping the bench for stability.
- Engage your core and lift your legs upward, keeping them straight.
- Raise your hips off the bench, bringing your legs towards the ceiling.
- Slowly lower your hips back to the bench, controlling the descent.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
