How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms bent in front of you.
  2. Lift your right knee towards your left elbow, twisting your torso.
  3. Return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the movement with the left knee and right elbow.
  5. Continue alternating sides at a steady pace.
