How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms bent in front of you.
- Lift your right knee towards your left elbow, twisting your torso.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement with the left knee and right elbow.
- Continue alternating sides at a steady pace.
