The High Knee Double Twist combines dynamic knee lifts with torso rotations, enhancing cardiovascular endurance and core strength. This exercise is excellent for improving agility, coordination, and engaging the core and lower body in a synchronized movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and arms bent at elbows.
  2. Lift your right knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to the right.
  3. Return to the starting position and immediately lift your left knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to the left.
  4. Alternate sides, maintaining a steady rhythm and engaging your core throughout.
